Once medication leaves the clinic or is ordered specifically for you, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or Venmo are non-refundable, even if a refund on the service is issued.
This is because processors do not return their fees to My Wellness.
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
