REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At My Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional care and clear expectations. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.


1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans change. To respect everyone’s time:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No fee
  • Cancellations under 24 hours: May incur a service fee
  • No-shows: Full service fee may apply

Repeated no-shows may result in limited scheduling availability.


2. Refund Policy for Services

Because our services involve clinical care and preparation:

Services are non-refundable once provided.

This includes:

  • IV hydration
  • Wellness injections
  • Peptide administration visits
  • Consultations and follow-ups

3. Refund Policy for Medication

In compliance with medical and pharmacy guidelines:

All medication sales are final.

Once medication leaves the clinic or is ordered specifically for you, it cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Semaglutide
  • Tirzepatide
  • Retatrutide
  • Peptide therapies
  • BPC-157
  • Vitamin injections
  • Any prescription or compounded product

4. Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or Venmo are non-refundable, even if a refund on the service is issued.

This is because processors do not return their fees to My Wellness.


5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.


6. Gift Certificates & Prepaid Packages

Gift cards and prepaid service packages:

  • Are non-refundable
  • May be transferred to another person with written approval
  • Must be used before the expiration date

7. Dissatisfaction With Results

We will always work with you to address concerns, but due to individual differences and medical variables:

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.
